1 Eligibility & Account Registration

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years old or older. basa81 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. If we determine that a player is under 21, we will immediately close the account, void all winnings, and return the net deposited balance at our sole discretion. 1.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual may register and maintain exactly one (1) basa81 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or a shared device — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, basa81 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, withhold pending withdrawals, and permanently ban the player from the platform without further notice.

1.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and throughout your use of the platform. 2 Account Verification (KYC)

basa81 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in order to verify player identities, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any stage:

3.3 Processing Times

4 Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional offers made available on basa81 are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of each promotion. General bonus rules include: (a) bonuses are available to registered players only; (b) unless otherwise stated, bonuses may be used once per player, household, device, or shared IP address; (c) basa81 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus that has not been claimed within the promotional period.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

5 Betting Rules

5.1 Acceptance of Bets

basa81 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet has already been confirmed. This right may be exercised where: (a) the bet is placed in error or at an incorrect price; (b) the outcome of the event is already known at the time of placement; (c) we have reasonable grounds to suspect the integrity of the event; or (d) the account has been suspended or flagged for review.

5.2 Match Integrity

Any bets placed on events suspected of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other integrity violation may be voided by basa81 at any time, including after settlement. Where a player is found to have benefited from or participated in any form of sports corruption, basa81 reserves the right to withhold all associated winnings and close the account permanently.

5.3 System or Pricing Errors

In the event of a technical error, system fault, or manifest pricing error, basa81 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the original account balance. We will not be liable for losses, expenses, or inconvenience caused by errors of this nature.

Real-money balances that are not subject to active disputes or investigations will be returned to a verified payment method in your name.
